Vikas Manhas, founder of Open-House.in, is an entrepreneur with passion for ‘customer success’. Vikas thought about Open-House.in after spending 18+ years in the service industry, of which last 8 years were spent in the leadership role engaged in management of various customer facing teams within Indian real estate industry.

The idea was conceived by Vikas in the year 2016, after identifying a gap in the real estate online ecosystem, besides experiencing the challenges in customers journey before & after buying homes.

It’s after 4 years of conception, in the year 2020, the idea after much deliberation and validation of the customer needs was executed. Prior to founding Open-House.in, Vikas has worked with US MNC’s during formative years of his career and later with the Indian Real estate brands like, Vatika Ltd, Max Estates and AlphaCorp. He holds an executive MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT).
